Sports Physical Night
Wednesday May 22nd, 3:00-5:00PM
Arrive no later than 5pm.
Scotts Valley High School Gym.
All Athletes are required to have a physical EVERY YEAR before participating in any sport. This is a great cost effective way to get your physical completed, while supporting afterschool athletics through this Falcon Club sponsored event.
Print out this Document. Students bring document with parent signature & check for $35.00 made out to SVHS Falcon Club on the day of event.
