Communications

2-5 hours per week.  Perfect for the volunteer who likes to work at home.

 

• Send out email announcements to our community using Constant Contact.

• Send out Agenda and Meeting notices to our membership.

• Put together an end of season wrap up newsletter three times a year.

Team Liason

2 hours per week.  Perfect for the volunteer who likes to work at home.

 

• Help Coaches and team parents set up and navigate our internal communications tool, shutterfly.

• Send out email announcements to our community using Shutterfly account.

• Help Team Parents get started with their season. Make sure all teams are receiving the same message.

Sports Photographers & Reporters:

 1 hour here and there It is only with your support that our talented athletes will get  the recognition they deserve. 

 

• Help our Student Athletes get recognized for their outstanding performance, dedication and talent by sending us your photos taken at any Falcon sporting event.  

• Social Media posting: Post Photos and highlights of your team's events to our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account. 

 

Gate at our Athletic Events:

1-2 hours during our home games of Football, Volleyball and Basketball.

• We appreciate your support at our events.  Gate receipts are one of the biggest source of our athletic funding.

•  Help collect entrance fees and sell membership at the first few home games of the season.

• Run Gate at home CCS events when our teams compete at the Central Coast Section before heading on to State Championships. 

 

Falcon Club Cafe (Snack Bar):

• Students needing Community Service and Parents are welcome to volunteer during their off season. This allows the parents of the athletes competing to watch the event. 

• The Falcon Club Cafe (Snack Shack in front of the GYM) can be used for weekend events. Please contact falconclubsvhs@gmail.com for information. 

 

Spirit Shack (Merchandise):

• Check out the newest in Falcon Spirit Wear! All items are avaialbe for purchase at home games as well as in the office.

• Parents and Students wanting Community service hours are welcome to sell merchandise during our home games. It's a fun way to see (and meet) your community.
